Postage, Payment & Delivery Details

Payment Methods:

We accept all major credit cards, processed through either Protx or PayPal - the choice is yours. Both companies are secure, accredited payment service providers - further information about these companies can be found by following these links:

NB - the payment system is set to accept Credit/Debit cards by default, but if you wish to pay by PayPal, please contact me in advance & I will organise this for you.



Postal Payments:

I will also accept cheques or postal orders made payable to 'Moniker', but please be aware that items will not be dispatched until any cheques are cleared.

Postal payments should be accompanied by a letter detailing the following:

1. Your name
2. Your address
3. Your email address
4. A list of the items you are purchasing
5. Engraving/printing instructions where required

PLEASE NOTE THAT I ALWAYS EMAIL TO ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF POSTAL PAYMENT - if you haven't heard from me then it has not arrived. If you are worried about it, write to me - rita@cuircraft.co.uk

Postage is priced depending on the total weight of your order:

Orders are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Airsure as standard, but for enhanced postal services such as Special Delivery or Airsure - please contact me for prices (for details of these services, please refer to the Royal Mail website click here)

In most cases, items are dispatched within 2 business days. However, during busy period there may be slight delays - if this is the case you will be notified by email.
